'Ref: P2G85050857 Good Morning Cheryl, I'm contacting you following your recent review on Trustpilot. I would like to firstly apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the parcel being returned. After looking into this further I can see that the parcel was processed for a return as the contents sent, Lenovo tablet E10, items that have batteries or containing built-in batteries, are prohibited. A full copy of the prohibited items list can be found below - https://www.parcel2go.com/prohibited-items#prohib As the goods did not leave the UK, this can be reviewed for a refund. There are two ways we can refund your order for you. Either we can add this to your prepay account which would normally be credited within 1-2 working days, or alternatively process this back to source, which can take 5-7 working days to be completed.
