Reading other reviews show that Parcels2 go are quick to sort out problems - we didn't need any of that service. We ordered the service late on Wednesday evening, they collected our Passat clutch kit from Bradford on Thursday and delivered to us in South West France early Wednesday.
Easy to use, efficient, problem free and a very cheap service.
