Spent 6 hours trying to locate a very important parcel booked through parcel2go who litterally have zero information about the whereabouts or how to contact the courier they have employed to deliver it.
Eventually told it would be delivered by 6 but didn't show up.
Parcel2go couldn't even provide a depot address or contact number for the courier and has cost thousands in lost work.
