Parcel scanned on collection and then nothing for 5 days.
On day 6 I got a message to say the parcel had been scanned in at the depot and was being forwarded to the Dublin hub and should be delivered to me on 31/03.
Next I get a message apologising for the delay.
24 hours later I get a message to say that the item has been returned to the sender, without any explanation why. The sender hasn't had it back. Basically the parcel is missing.
I've had no reply from Parcel2go on email or social media..
AVOID!!!
