Beware, read the t and c before you order especially if it recommends to take out more insurance for your item, fragile items are not insurable and if it is damaged then it must have been fragile or badly packed. Difficullt to reclaim excess insurance paid
Then try to contact a human about a loss, its very difficult. Their t an c also cover many other carriers, dpd, parcelforce etc.
