Chatted with Lilian today, And she couldn't have been more helpful, I was extremely stressed when I contacted her, as I couldn't print my parcel label or access Live chat initially, Had to reload a different web browser But after a few minutes, chatting to her everything was sorted and a new date arranged with all my questions answered and my stress levels back to normal.
