I am a regular customer and apparently a VIP customer. The service is dreadful, I spend hundreds of pounds a day and half the package going out side the UK are returned. I don't believe so many customers are not engaging with the courier when they are contacted. It happens so often its is clearly a courier problem,. No refunds when 6 to 10 packages are being returned on a daily basis. It's all someone else fault. I still have to pay for the shipment to be sent again. Double the profit for them and no profit for me.
