Terrible customer service. Approaching 10 weeks since we shipped a parcel via Fedex express service on Parcel2go and it has been a shocking experience. Long story short with multiple occasions of inconsistent information from what Fedex have said and Parcel2go is no one really cares at all. If something goes wrong it is an absolute nightmare communicating with P2G, everytime you have to chase up something it takes days or weeks for any follow up which you have to spend precious time wasting chasing them again. We have been informed directly from Fedex now that through all the drama of loosing our parcel more than once amongst other things that that this needs to go to claims and they will settle with permission from Parcel2go, we have been chasing this multiple times now and Parcel2go are still being none the wiser and very unhelpful.
BOOK DIRECT to save youself potentially having to go through anything like we are continuing to go through. Our experience is certainly going to be passed on to trading standards and I have emailed watchdog with a plea to investigate
