An utterly pointless company. Book any delivery direct. This company is utterly useless when it comes to dealing with issues which are common place these days.
When you use an agent like this, you give up your rights to pursue an issue with the courier and this company basically do nothing.
Seriously bad, just dont bother and save yourself a ton of hassle when booking your next delivery
