I send over 20 parcels for work to colleague. These were gifts I had put together. 2 gifts were undelivered. Now I understand I didn't pay for the insurance but I did pay for a service... delivery... which was not done, so therefore, for these to parcels, which I will need to reassemble and send out, I will have to pay for delivery costs again.
If you don't provide the service, then there should be a refund of that.
Shocking service and no one to speak to about this. Rather go use another site
