LOST an item because of Parcel2go. I had insured my item, been trying since 14 Sep to get a refund for my loss which I had bad review on eBay. Parcel2go is creatively coming up with various ways to delay/excuse and has now simply rejected my claim as simple as this, nothing can do, no phone to call and discus!!
