Worst delivery service!!!!
I dropped my item to be collected by one of the drop off points and haven't heard since!!
I tried making a claim as I upgraded my delivery with a protection plan if anything goes wrong with my item.
But nothing helped I just go a stupid email saying that they looked into my claim and cant do anything to it - and so sweetly added "we are sorry about it and just a small gestor we will refund you the delivery charge" - so sweet, no?!
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
