Let down first time then re-booked to be let down again.
Informed by Parcels2go that collection isn't guaranteed even though they advertise it and you pay for it.
Don't use them if you need a reliable service, how they have the gaul to advertise on TV is a joke.
Totally unreliable and waste of time with nothing but a computer to make a complaint to.
