They lost a parcel and are making me jump through hoops to get the claim. I thought it was an isolated incident and used them again booking Parcelforce however they have somehow lost a 15kg, 89cm long parcel and when I ask for the complaints procedure they say I cannot complain until the enquiry is dealt with?????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pay the extra and go with a reputable company.
