parcels not delivered to the time i paid for. parcel2go did not issue refund. i have to try and track the parcels myself, when i paid parcel2go, as a broker, to sort out any problems. will not use their service ever again. and customer supervisor on a live chat was the worst 'helpful' of them all. unfortunately. i doubt very much indeed that i will ever get any refund either!! as of today, delivery is still not made.
