Took Parcelforce package to Post Office on 30th December 21, watched them scan it. No tracking until 10th Jan even now its minimal & package is delayed. I contacted complaints team and customer services who were going to look into and come back to me, well its been 7 days since this and they just do not respond. That is just totally unacceptable.
Also when you do a live chat, they will talk to many people at the same time, so leaving you hanging. It would be better to just hold you in a queue until they can deal with you and your query only. There excuse, is they are busy, well so are many of your customers. So do what is right for us, we are paying for a service.
I will never use again, I will go directly to couriers. I have advised all my social media following and those 40k customers of mine to also avoid avoid avoid.
