Shockingly bad, I paid extra to fully insure my parcel, then when I make a valid claim, they don't pay out when parcel is dameged plus 3 weeks late, only classed as delivered when the receiving person ended up collecting it from the depot, The could't understand to deliver to a shop on a main road, the 3rd attempted failed delivery it was put on the wrong van on the wrong delivery round. How inept can you be really?
