Unprofessional and terrible customer service.
I would give 0 star i fI could, it will be the same number of drivers that came to pick up the parcel, 0000000.
They offer a service that can't never be guaranteed, I ask them many times how could that be possible if it is also the only one they provide.
I don't want to prolong it, cause it will go on forever. JUST DON'T USE PARCEL2GO
