Apparently, you can't ship personal items via DPD.
You'd have thought this key fact would be made clear BEFORE you choose your Parcel2Go supplier.
Instead, unhelpfully, they bury that key information in the terms and conditions, after you've input all the package information at the point when you confirm the order...
Poor UX, poor service.
