Don't use this company, complete waste of time. Didn't pick up the parcel on the first appointment so rebooked didn't turn up for the 2nd appointment. Emailed customer service who told me picking up on the appointed day wasn't guaranteed. I explained this was now my 2nd rebook, she didn't really care and ended the email chain.
