Absolutely scam
I have sent 4 deliveries large deliveries electric cycles one lost in transit the other was badly damaged
After months of communication both cases for refund rejected
Reason for lost was none but as it was not insured so nothing
For the second as it was insured after 5 months of email ping pong nothing and the case rejected
So please for sake of saving few quids I strongly recommend not to use this very unprofessional poor service
