They damaged my parcel in transit, and then disposed of it without even updating me on what had happened. I had to find out myself by checking the tracking history.
They then refused to pay for the damage despite me having paid extra for full protection on the parcel.
The website makes it very difficult to get in touch with a real person, and it seems that their decision on claims is final as no option was given to respond.
I would recommend you avoid this company
