Absolute shocking company you pay for your parcel to be sent it clearly gets picked up and taken to the depot as shown on the tracking record but the best part is when you try to claim for the lost item you cannot simply get through to them its all automated
So I sent all the documents they required even a screenshot of the tracking showing where the item was taken to the depot and then stops tracking only to recieve an email 2 weeks later saying the case is closed due to insufficient documents sent
AN ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY
Will never use them again
