Do not use this company. I sent some flooring back to tile mountain, they were unae to accept the package as it had been damaged. I paid parcel2go for insurance to refund any damage before posting. They have closed my claim stating the issue is resolved as item will be returned to sender. I am obviously the sender and have no use for damaged goods. I have tried endlessly to talk to someone for support the online help centre is no use, there are no numbers to contact and they do not respond to emails I am now at a loss of £350 for the items and the money I had paid for them to deliver. Avoid!
