I would have given -1 star when it comes to service.
if your parcel reaches destination you are lucky.
if not you loose ,even if you have taken insurance.
Insurance is a joke for Parcel2go. I have 4 times bad experience with P2G .
The support staff will take ages to reply and drop off from ongoing chat and you need to fresh start .
It seems they are doing this willingly.
