I sent a parcel with Evri using Parcel2Go, they have emailed me to say the parcel is overweight, they haven't provided any evidence for this but apparently I have to provide evidence that it's not overweight! Not sure how I can do this as they have the parcel! I send over 100 parcels a week, sorry, sent, with them and cannot use my account now as they add this charge every time I try to pay for another parcel! I will just purchase my 100+ labels a week elsewhere from now on!
Just to add, the parcel was not overweight!
