Absolutely useless!! Booked a collection for 1 October. I got a text saying collection unsuccessful even though I was working outside my front door when the courier said they had come. So I rebooked the collection for the 4 October. Again, nobody collects my parcel. I send DX Express a message directly and they told me NO BOOKING for the recollection was on their system. So clearly a Parcel2 go issue. Then I rebook again for 8 October. I have no confirmation from Parcel2go that it has been rebooked, the online chat people are polite but have no access to any information and cannot call couriers. They have to send it through to another department and it can take 1 - 2 working days for an answer. So in effect, I have been waiting for 8 days for a collection and it still hasn't been collected.
Parcel2go offer ZERO Value to any courier transaction. It's simply a website where they work as a middle man. Completely useless and possibly the worst customer support I've ever known where online chat agents are completely helpless with no authority or access to courier companies to double check collections will be taking place.
