I sent a parcel a few weeks ago which never arrived and presumed lost.
How can a parcel go missing that is scanned on its journey!!
I opened an enquiry and part of the form was pre-filled with a value of £2 which I couldn’t change. I messaged on live chat straight after to let them know. They said I would get £2 for a lost parcel! I paid £40 for the item originally and sold for £25.
I sent all the evidence they asked for including proof of value (stating £25)
I got offered £2! I declined this as it’s an insult THEY LOST my parcel valued at £25, I then got another offer of £2!
So they can do what they like with parcels and pay £2 for doing this!
Absolutely disgusting!! AVOID
