Booked parcel in through P2G Via DPD 24 Hour. We dropped parcel off at DPD pick up shop on the 7/11/2016 parcel was still at shop 11/11/2016. Contacted customer service after an hour long chat they told me they did not guarantee delivery even though the latest date for them to deliver was the 10/11/2016, they have now told me that parcel will be delivered Mon/Tues 14th or 15th Nov, this is not acceptable.
This parcel was to one of my best customers whom I will possibly lose now through no fault of my own.
Avoid this service at all costs.
