AVOID at all costs, I booked a collection for next day delivery; by 7,30pm no one had arrived, via web chat I tried to ascertain if. the collection would appear tonight. I was told that I had to wait until 8pm, 8.20pm I contacted them again and therey cancelled the collection andasked for a refund which because I had insured the package for costs of goods £30 I was assure would happen/ Next day I contacted another company and arranged collection for the Monday deliver TUESDAY. yes it was dearer. Monday morning the courier arrived saying collection so I handed over the parcel/ then an hour later another ourier arrives THEN I checked the receipt it was for the cancelled collection. P2G never cancelled/ several emails calls etc copies and nothing they could not find the parcel.NOW ITS LOST AND BECAUSE I CANNOT PROVIDE THEM WITH BANK STATEMENTS SHOWING I HAD PAID FOR THE GOODS, nor kept receipts nor can the recipient prove she has not received it she is not on line) I have lost not only £30 but he cost of the collection and the other courier charged me for non collection. P2G staff were not helpful at all
