gone rapidly downhill.
They have never generated labels the last 3 times I have used them. Rather they refund the money. They say the courier cannot pickup this despite me already send several packages to the same delivery for the my pickup address. Very odd!
It's very hard to reliably run a business with this level of nonsence.
