We’ve received an update regarding the delivery of your parcel:
We’re contacting you regarding your parcel, which has been returned to us due to the parcel not collected from the pick up shop. If you’d like the parcel returned to sender, there will be a return charge of £7.99 per parcel, payable securely via the link below. Storage Notice: We can hold your parcel for up to 28 calendar days until 18/09/2025. If payment is not made within this time, or if the item remains uncollected, we may no longer be able to retain it.

Once payment has been made, please reply to this email to confirm and our team will make the necessary arrangements.

Failure to make payment on time may result in the following:
The parcel being returned to the original collection address, where further charges may be applied.
The parcel may be abandoned by customs which will result in it becoming irretrievable and charges may still be applied.
Please note that any additional charges incurred will not be absorbed by Parcel2Go and will need to be settled in full prior to the goods being released.
