I am extremely disappointed with Parcel2Go and Parcelforce. I sent a kids’ bike worth £100 (Tracking Number: P2G136399641), and it was never delivered.
I received no updates, no information, and when I tried to resolve the issue, my refund was denied. They only returned the parcel fee, but my bike is completely lost.
Their customer service is unhelpful, unresponsive, and refuses to take responsibility. I am very sad and frustrated with this experience.
I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise others to avoid Parcel2Go and Parcelforce if you value your money and peace of mind.
