Terrible service .
I paid £40 to have my parcel collected and dropped to my address 5 days ago.
The only message I had was sorry Evri was unable to pick it up on Wednesday..
It is Friday now and still hasn't been picked up.
Now I have to rearrange another courier and get a refund from parcel2go.
Had no respons from them at all.
