The worst parcel delivery portal on the web.
Don't bother thinking that their £20 insurance is worth anything. They ask you to provide proof of non-delivery. My parcel (trousers worth £250) was scanned into the London Yodel depot and not scanned out again. Parceltogo knew this and still demanded proof of non-delivery. They have the proof. They also demand proof of value. The parcel I sent belonged to a third party who had sent it to me by mistake. I did not have proof of value and could not obtain it.
You cannot call to complain, and some of the live chat people are really unhelpful.
