The worst parcel delivery portal on the web. Don't bother thinking that their £20 insurance is worth anything. They ask you to provide proof of non-delivery. My parcel (trousers worth £250) was scanned into the London Yodel depot and not scanned out again. Parceltogo knew this and still demanded proof of non-delivery. They have the proof. They also demand proof of value. The parcel I sent belonged to a third party who had sent it to me by mistake. I did not have proof of value and could not obtain it. You cannot call to complain, and some of the live chat people are really unhelpful. I'll never use this company again,
