Absolutely abysmal service to Canada when our family near Bristol shipped our Christmas present using Parcel2Go. First, it took over a week to actually leave England after it was picked up. Second, it never arrived on/by the promised delivery date of Dec. 22. Third, when we finally received it on Dec. 28 we had to pay an additional $12.24 CAD "ransom" to actually get it.
