As a middleman this company has no skin in the game, if an item is lost it has no consequence to them, as a result the customer service you receive is disappointing at best. Fail to deliver, poor communication, lack of investigation and a refusal to pay compensation. My Advice... Use them to weigh up costs but ALWAYS go direct with the courier.
