Awful Experience.
Booked on a Monday, for collection on Tuesday, still hadn't been collected by Friday (4 Days Late), despite numerous online chats with P2G customer services.
They honestly don't seem to be bothered in sorting out problems.
Will book with the courier directly next time rather than use P2G
