This company is SHOCKINGLY POOR!!!!
For a start they don't;t have any phone number to call which makes you a little worried, basically THEY DO NOT CARE!!
Three times the same parcel not collected, I paid £25 and nothing, they could not care any less!! so now what? no refunds, (they don't refund only credit)
Absolutely appalling company should be shut down, how do these companies actually exist?
