Parcel2Go Claim excellent Customer Service, but this is not true.
I sent a package to the USA recently. There was no tracking updates for over two weeks. They said that they would start an investigation with ParcelForce, the courier. I was promised that I would kept updated, but I wasn't.
There was then one update on the tracking, but days later it had still not been delivered. That update however in the eyes of Parcel2Go means that it was "still in transit" and I couldn't make a claim.
The package has still not been delivered and Parcel2Go don't give two hoots!
