Having paid for a parcel to be delivered, it was held in transit after being picked up and eventually returned over a week later with no real reason for doing so. It was also damaged when arriving at my home address. Having complained to parcel2go, all I got were feeble excuses and they were obviously not interested in my concerns. They have no interest in customer care whatsoever. As a result of this, I now have to pay to have it re-delivered by a reliable courier service - if there are any, that is!
