My framed print was not delivered and after several hours of customer service live-chat’, it was eventually found to be have been ‘damaged’ by the Yodel courier, ‘refused delivery by us’!!?! (lie) and finally missing and ‘probably disposed of’ by the courier. Parcel2Go said that this was the courier’s right, if they deemed the parcel hazardous(!)
They could not and would not provide proof that this had all happened, and the courier had not just stolen my print. They said that, as the parcel contained glass, even though I had taken out cover, I probably wouldn’t be compensated(!) The company would not reimburse any fees or provide complaint details. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
