Didn't deliver on time. Then tried to claim the guarantee wasn't a guarantee. Luckily after checking the site - I called them out for lying.
I thought it was a bargain, but actually - as we have lost a customer - it has been a very expensive experience.
Finally, check the exclusion checklist - it in some way disqualifies EVERYTHING we could think might be sent by a courier - which will only be used if there is a dispute!
