The courier lost my parcel and nobody took any responsibility for it. Terrible customer service: you always need to log any query in the live chat and when i started complaining about what happened the person I was chatting with told me that it was the end of his shift and close the chat. They didn't answer to my e-mail either until I sent a formal letter. After several contacts with them and the courier directly (pdp) they said that sending personal items is prohibited, not before. They even made me pay for insurance and then said this was not covered but did not reimburse insurance or failed delivery. Do not use: it's better to pay a bit more but actually receive a service!
