Very poor customer service. I've had a case with them for over a month, and they've been giving me different and wrong information every time I've contact them over the online chat; as it's the only way.
They've confirmed that It was UPS's fault, and UPS have also confirmed it. Then today when I contact them because they're asking me to send all of the information/images again, they said it was my fault for the way I packed it and there it nothing that they can do.
