DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO or DX COURIERS.
Utterly rubbish service.
Booked a courier who contacted me to say they couldn't fulfil my order. Parcel2Go refused a refund. Then rebooked with another courier who ;picked up and delivered the WRONG package. When contacted Parcel2Go they said not their fault - no refund. When contacted the courier - DX - they said to contact Parcel2Go to sort it out.
Suammary - 2 payments, no package collection/dliervy AND nowhere to complain.
Rebooked with PARCELFORCE - awesome. Got it right 1st time.
