Arranged a collection via Parcel2go. Courier didn’t turn up after waiting in all day. Called their helpline and was on hold for almost an hour without actually speaking to someone. Ended up finally finding a link for a live chat and arranged a refund. When I received my next phone bill, was staggered to find that I had been charged over £25 for the call. There was no detail or message on the call in regard to the charges. I contacted Parcel2go via messenger and asked them for an opinion and a link or free phone/local rate phone number. No response at all from them. They’re more than happy to take you’re money but very difficult to contact them after if you have problems. Will not be using them again and would not reccomend them to anyone.
