Worst ever.
They are getting good deals from some courier, but if any issue happen, they are just useless.
I booked a myhermes service with them. The package was lost. They are doing all they can not to reimburse me, even if it was insured.
Hermes told me they already reimbursed them. But they are refusing to enter in consideration. They are asking for more and more documents and if the claim is finalised in their timings, the are just closing it.
Avoid to save 1 pound for having such troubles after.
Their customer service is just using scripts and do not answer directly to questions.
There is no phone number to contact them.
