Along with Scottish Power and Endesa, this is the worst company I have ever encountered. They don't even have a phone number, they use remote online chat advisers who are as useful as chocolate teapots - so you only have to imagine the kind of amateur operation that goes on at Parcel2go (In Post).
Out of the 5 boxes of tiles I had returned to a company, they incredibly managed to deliver 4 of them over 3 separate days - spread across an entire week. Try get your head around that one... This was really awkward for me as the goods were part of a return, so it was quite difficult constantly checking in with the tile company to see how many boxes they now received. This was back in the 11th April 2018.
After 9-10 days it became quite clear they lost my 5th box, so I started a claim. Today is the 2nd June, and I am still waiting for any kind of feedback from the claim, despite chasing this up numerous times. Last week I gave them a deadline until 1st of June, otherwise I am going to Trading Standards - a process I have now started. The reviews online and on facebook etc are horrific - please for goodness sake don't send anything valuable with this company. They are either utterly clueless, or their drivers and depot staff are thieves.
My claim will be around £50 in total, and I feel I need to really spread the word about how useless this company is - it's the principle of it - how do they think they can get away with this level of service to myself and hundreds of other people!! If I gave my customers this kind of service, I would be out of a job very quickly.
