I am really sorry for the unfortunate case with DPD this is really odd and never happens.
And stating they can't offer me refund just send the parcel again. No point in sending parcel again as I lost the customer already. Utterly rubbish service and madem e wait a whole week to even reply back to me. If i could give less than a start I would. Definitely not recommend this company to anyone utterly rubbish!
